Pressure reactor with a capacity of (300 ml) with magnetic stirrer, heating jacket and temperature controller. In the project, it is used in the high-temperature and high-pressure PET ammonolysis to ethylene glycol and functional derivatives of terephthalic acid, as well as catalytically assisted PET decomposition processes. The chromatograph was originally equipped with a single TCD detector. During the project, it was additionally equipped with an FID detector and a methanizer with a noiseless air compressor. In the project, it is used to determine the purity of products separated from post-reaction mixtures. The mill can be used for soft and medium-hard materials grinding prior the pulverization. In the project, the pulverizer is used for r-PET grinding and powderingin order to improve the possibility of its  further processing in a pressure reactor. Heat press with the pneumatic pressure, equipped with a display, oil compressor, power cables and compressor fastening. The minimum operating temperature is 220°C, the minimum pressing force is 300 g/cm2. The press has working plates with dimensions of 40 x 50 cm. The device is one of the effects of the project, which is also a research and demonstration installation. The target capacity of the demonstration plant will be 5 L/h. The reactor will operate in a continuous mode and will be coordinated with the pre-evaporation module used to remove water generated during the synthesis of 1,3-dioxolane derivatives. In the project, it is used in catalyst research and optimization of the process of continuous production of 1,3-dioxolane derivatives. More information: the reactor is under construction.
